Alisa Feng
Alisa Feng is a 17 year old AP English Literature and Composition student at William Mason High School. In school, Alisa is involved in a number of activities including Speech and Debate, Science Olympiad, NHS, and Orchestra. She is an Event Leader in Mason's state-ranked Science Olympiad Team as well as in Speech and Debate where she has placed in both regional tournaments and state-wide invitationals. Alisa has been an art student since elementary school and has received awards and/or recognition from Scholastic and other committees for her work. Alisa's love for writing developed in Middle School where she was a member of Literary Magazine and Power of the Pen; for two years, she also attended a summer writing camp at Miami University. She spent a portion of this past summer teaching an English class at Shijiazhuang No.28 High School in China for students preparing to study abroad. In Mason, she teaches an art class at Hua Xia Chinese School and has worked at Kumon for the past year. In her free time, Alisa volunteers at summer camps, church events, and/or various community organizations.
